अब इस में कोई संदेह नहीं रहा कि यह सरकार भ्रष्टाचार और भ्रष्टाचारियों के खिलाफ कोई सख्त कदम नहीं उठाएगी. इस सरकार का हर कार्य नागरिकों के खिलाफ और भ्रष्टाचारियों के पक्ष में होता है. अब जहाँ भी जब भी चुनाव हो, मतदाताओं को इस भ्रष्ट सरकार और इसकी साथी भ्रष्ट पार्टियों को हराना है.

जन लोकपाल बिल को कानून बनाओ, फिर हमसे वोट मांगने आओ, नहीं तो हार के गहरे समुन्दर में डूबने के लिए तैयार हो जाओ.

Joint Statement on Jan Lokpal Bill

On 11th March 2011, there was a meeting at India Islamic Center of leaders of some political parties. After the meeting these leaders issued a joint statement.
Joint Statement on Jan Lokpal Bill
"At a time when the whole country is bleeding with corruption, enactment of a strong and effective anti corruption law is very critical. Jan Lokpal Bill drafted by civil society, if enacted, could go a long way in checking corruption. We sincerely urge the government to take immediate steps to enact this law. If this law is brought in parliament, our party will fully support it.
Anna Hazare, a 78 year old social activist has announced an indefinite fast from 5th April if the government doesn’t take concrete steps to enact this law. We sincerely urge the government to take all steps necessary to prevent Anna from going on indefinite fast.
The Govt. should set up a joint committee of citizens and Govt. to draft the Lokpal Bill.”

This was signed by : HD Dewe Gowda, Maysura Reddy of Telugu Desam Party, Sudhakara Reddy and AB Baradhan of CPI, Jayant Chaudhary of Rashtriya Lokdal, Kavita Krishnan of CPI (ML), Abani Roy (RSP) Bhupinder singh of BJP supported the Bill, but as he was not senior enough, he said he will consult his seniors and sign.
